SUPPLIER COLLABORATION ON THE BASIS OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AS TOOL FOR BUILDING ENTERPRISE RESILIENCE
The article examines the role of supplier collaboration based on social responsibility in shaping enterprise resilience. It is substantiated that, under current conditions, enterprise resilience depends not only on internal resources and managerial capabilities but also on the reliability, adaptability, and transparency of interactions with suppliers. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of socially responsible cooperation with suppliers as a tool for building enterprise resilience. It has been established that socially responsible cooperation with suppliers serves as an important instrument for ensuring the continuity of operational activities, minimizing risks, and enhancing the enterprise’s ability to adapt to challenges. The study identifies the features of implementing social responsibility principles in supplier relations. The influence of the principles of accountability, transparency, ethical behaviour, respect for human rights, compliance with international norms of conduct, and stakeholder interests on the formation of enterprise resilience is substantiated. It is established that the practical implementation of these principles contributes to reducing operational, social, and reputational risks, as well as strengthening the stability of partnerships.
The empirical basis of the study is formed by the Supplier Codes of Conduct of CRH, Heidelberg Materials, and Holcim. Content analysis using Voyant Tools was applied to examine the textual content of the analysed documents. The results of the content analysis demonstrate a high level of integration of social responsibility principles into the supplier relationship management systems of cement industry enterprises. A dominance of thematic categories related to ethics, occupational safety, human rights, regulatory compliance, risk management, and sustainable development was identified, indicating the formation of a comprehensive socially responsible approach to supplier engagement.
