MANAGING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF WAR
The article analyses the peculiarities of managing the innovative development of high-tech enterprises in the context of war in Ukraine. The study focuses on the specific mechanisms that allow high-tech companies to maintain and enhance their innovation activity in wartime by shifting the target focus of innovation, adapting business processes, optimising digital infrastructure and supply chains, strengthening cybersecurity, developing innovative cooperation, and government support for strategic initiatives. The article analyses the components of managing the innovative development of high-tech enterprises in order to maintain long-term competitiveness. The peculiarities of innovative development of high-tech enterprises and differences in the management of innovative development in peacetime and in wartime are substantiated. The mechanisms for transforming the management of innovative development of high-tech enterprises are analysed on the example of detailed practical cases of Ukrainian companies, in particular SoftServe, EPAM, Grammarly, Ajax Systems, Luxoft, EcoFactor, and strategies that help maintain competitiveness and ensure business continuity during a crisis are considered. It is determined that military aggression has forced high-tech enterprises to introduce new models of risk management and resource diversification, involving cloud services, backup servers, multi-channel supply systems, talent development and retention systems, and ensuring global sustainability. The article also explores the strengthening of the role and practical cases of innovative cooperation, in particular, the development of IT clusters, creation of innovation hubs and internal platforms that motivate employees to generate new ideas, implement modern technologies and improve data security in the defence, humanitarian and economic sectors. The results of the study indicate a high level of adaptability and sustainability of Ukrainian high-tech enterprises, which creates a basis for further research in the field of crisis management of innovation activities.
